This January the Morse Maniacs have hit the slopes once again for their fourth year representing UNH in the Gunstock corporate ski league in Gilford NH. This year looks like a promising year for the maniacs as they have a well experience team to help bring home the medals for UNH. This year's team roster includes Jason Ericson, Cary Girod, George Hurtt, Scott Ollinger, Vincent Puleo, Michael Routhier, Bill Salas, and Alexander Shiklomanov. The Maniacs are off to a good start as they placed fouth in the first race of the season on January 7th. With such momentum they might even make it to the final ski off where only the top ten teams in the league compete for the coveted title of best ski team. Be Assured that with such a strong start to the season the team is now sure to stay hungry for victory!

Racing occurs every Wednesday evening beginning at 5:30pm. All family and friends are encouraged to come up to Gunstock and cheer on the team as they race to victory. Come cheer on the Maniacs as they carve some sweet turns around the race gates as they race the downhill thrills of the Gunstock super G. Evening ski tickets are $22 for those who wish to ski with the team. The slopes open for night skiing at 3:30pm. Dinner and refreshments are served beginning at 8:00 on the top floor of the main lodge for those who wish to attend apres ski activities.
