(OTTER) Oregon Transect Ecosystem Research Project Vol.1-5 Data Holdings Description
The Oregon Transect Ecosystem Research Project (OTTER) is a data collection used to simulate and predict ecosystem processes. Some of the processes simulated and predicted are photosynthesis, transpiration, above-ground production, nitrogen transformation, respiration, decomposition, and hydrological processes. These 5 discs are comprised of field, lab, and remote sensing data. For more information regarding this data set, please visit the GIS laboratory where the data description is housed. The data is housed in the EOSLAB CD-Jukebox.
