Lucie earned her B.S. in geography from Plymouth State College in 1989, and will complete her master's degree at the University of New Hampshire in May 2000. Her master's work has focused on sampling issues in assessing the accuracy of remotely sensed forest vegetation maps. Her interests include birding, hiking, camping, and flying in the Cessna 150 for that $100 hamburger.
