Ying is a graduate student studying at the University of New Hampshire pursuing a major in Computer Science. Ying began working for the Water Systems Analysis Group of the Complex Systems Research Center in July 1999. His current duties include assisting researchers studying many aspects ofthe terrestrial water cycle using ArcInfo and ArcView. His interests include computers, hiking, camping, fishing and travel.
