Log onto Pyramid and provide your user name and password.
In the shell that appears, check if the drive is already mounted by typing "df -lk" and look at the bottom line to check if the drive is present, meaning mounted.
To mount the MO drive, type "mo_mount" at the prompt, and repeat step 2 to make sure the drive is mounted.
NEVER eject a disk from the MO drive without unmounting the drive first. To unmount the drive, type "mo_umount" and repeat step 2 to make sure the drive is unmounted.
Erasing an MO Disk
Place a MO disk into the pyramid MO drive.
Log onto Pyramid and provide your user name and password.
In the shell that appears type in the command "mo_erase".
The computer will prompt you if you want to create a new file system.
Type "y", and return and the drive will start to erase the disk.
